- A wedding where you want to book and pay for all the bell tents together
You tell us your dates, an idea of numbers and location. We’ll send you a quote, and once you pay the deposit your bell tent hire is secured. We finalise details nearer the date when you pay the balance. We can also organise a hybrid where you reserve the tents and we gather the guest furnishing configurations directly from them.

How many bell tents do we need for our wedding guests?
Most couples book one tent per couple, one per family, and one tent per 3–4 adults in friendship groups. If you use our Guest Booking Portal, guest numbers are calculated automatically based on who books.
Do you set up and take down the bell tents?
Yes — we handle the full setup and pack-down. Your bell tent village will be ready before guests arrive and cleared away after your event.
Can guests book and pay for their own tents?
Yes. Our Guest Booking Portal allows guests to book and pay directly, meaning no chasing people for information or payments.
Are your bell tents furnished for weddings?
All tents come fully furnished or left naked. Fully furnished come with mattresses, matting, lighting, crate table, bunting, and decorative touches.
How do guests know which tent is theirs?
Each tent has its own chalkboard with the name of the tent booker on it.
How long can the tents stay up for?
Our standard rental period is for 3 nights. Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night.
Can you help design our wedding glamping village?
Absolutely. We can recommend the best layout based on your venue map, guest numbers, groupings, and access points.
Do you provide toilets or showers?
If your venue does not have facilities, we can help arrange recommended suppliers for luxury loos and showers.

We cover the South and West and surrounding areas, including Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcesteshire, Berkshire and Bristol. For other locations, please get in touch.
