Just get in touch with your dates, idea of numbers and location. We’ll send a quote, and once you pay the deposit your bell tent hire is secured. We finalise details nearer the date when you pay the balance. We can also organise a hybrid where you reserve the tents and we gather the guest furnishing configurations directly from them.

How many bell tents do I need for a party?
This depends on how your guests are grouped. Most parties book one tent per couple or one tent per 3–4 adults. For children’s parties or mixed groups, we’re happy to advise on the best layout.
Do you deliver, set up, and take everything down?
Yes — we handle full delivery, professional setup, and pack-down after your event. Your bell tents will be ready before guests arrive and removed once the party is over.
Can bell tents be used for children’s parties?
Absolutely. Bell tents are very popular for children’s sleepover parties and family celebrations. We can tailor layouts and furnishing options depending on ages and group sizes.
Do you have a minimum order of tents?
Yes we do. We operate a 5 tent minimum order on all types of events.
Are your bell tents furnished or empty?
You can choose between fully furnished bell tents — including mattresses, matting, lighting, crate tables, bunting, and décor — or naked tents if you’d like to style them yourself.
How long can the tents stay up for?
Our standard hire period is three nights, which works perfectly for weekend parties. If you need the tents for longer, just let us know and we’ll advise on availability.
Can the tents be styled to match our party theme?
Yes. Our neutral canvas tents work beautifully with most themes, and we’re happy to advise on layouts and styling ideas to suit your event.
Do you provide toilets or additional facilities?
If your venue doesn’t have facilities, we can recommend trusted suppliers for toilets and showers.
