Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for hardworking individuals to build our glamping bell tents for our guests to enjoy as part of weddings, events or parties. You will love the great outdoors, be able to work in a team and alone, and not be afraid of physical work as the role will involve lifting and securing tents into the ground.

All our team members will go the extra mile to ensure the standards our customers have come to expect from us are achieved every time.

What you’ll be doing?

• Organising bell tent kit for going out and coming back into our warehouse.

• Loading and unloading tents and bell tent equipment in and out of a van.

• Driving a van to and from the bell tent event location.

• Erecting bell tents and making them look beautiful with their furnishings to the spec given.

• Ensuring tents are erected safely and securely.

• Cleaning and taking down the bell tents and packing down furnishings. Storing them effectively for transportation back to our warehouse.

• Assisting in planning the logistics of bell tent jobs including being able to check our booking system and download loading lists to work from.

• Communicating directly with customers to finalise booking details and co-ordinate guest lists.

Who are we looking for?

• Individuals who are not afraid of hard work and enjoy the outdoors.

• A good communicator who works well in a team and on their own.

• Someone who pays attention to detail and cares about the end product and client.

• An organised person who can plan ahead.

• A person who can confidently liaise with clients about their booking.

Essential: 

• Must be 21 or over and have full UK or International Driving License.
• Must be able to relaibly commute to one of our bases nr Swindon or in Stonehouse.

Desirable

• Experience of putting up and taking down tents – this includes camping yourself, not necessarily as a job.

Training

Full training will be given for this job.

Date

Various from 22nd May 2025 for roughly 4 months.

Lots of ad hoc work also available.

Pay

Between £13 and £14 per hour depending on experience.

Hours

This will be Monday to Friday. The hours can be varying each day depending what jobs are booked in. Some days could be up to 10-12 hours and others may be more like 4. We expect there to be an average of 35-40 hours a week. Flexibility is required. Be prepared for some v early starts some days. There may very occasionally be the need to work on a weekend, but we avoid this as much as possible.
