Whether you’re organising a wedding, party or weekend celebration, we make group bookings simple. You can either
1. reserve a set number of tents yourself,
or
2. invite guests to book and pay for their own accommodation through our online booking portal.
Your Own Guest Booking Portal
This is a popular choice for weddings and larger parties — it takes away the stress of collecting payments and tracking who’s staying.
We specialise in group bookings with a minimum of 5 tents. You can mix furnished and naked tents. We have 150 tents so can cater for large gatherings.
We cover Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Dorset, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Shropshire and parts of Wales.
Everything — tent, flooring, lighting, beds, linen, warm duvets, rugs, décor, delivery, setup, and takedown.
Our canvas bell tents are fully waterproof and secure in all normal weather.
When your friends and family book through the portal they can build their own personalised booking. They book the number of beds they require in the tents. e.g 2 singles or 1 double, or 1 double & 2 singles, or 3 singles etc. If you are booking on their behalf we will ask you for those details.
Both are available as a group booking or through the portal. When your friends and family click through they can book a fully furnished Bell tent or a Naked tent. Naked tents come with welcome mats and zipped in ground sheets.
Absolutely. Having the main couple staying on site always adds to the party! Our Honeymoon tents use proper beds, premium linen and furnishings.
No you don’t need to use a portal. If you know how many tents you need we can simply make a group booking with yourself.
Absoultely. This happens all the time. For example you might want a honeymoon tent or a getting ready tent or simply book a tent for some close family. We can book you in for those elements and then open up bookings to your guests via our guest booking portal.
Yes — subject to availability. We can normally add tents right up to the delivery date but we try and finalise bookings with weeks to go.
