How many tents can we hire?
Most parties book 5–30 tents, but we can supply up to 150 tents no problem at all!
How does the guest booking portal work?
We set up a private link for your guests. They book and pay directly on Brilliant Bell Tent Hire, and you get booking updates — no admin needed on your part.
What’s included in the furnished tent hire?
Everything — tent, flooring, lighting, beds, linen, warm duvets, rugs, décor, delivery, setup, and takedown.
Where do you operate?
We currently operate throughout Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Warwickshire, Worcestshire, Shropshire, Somerset, South Wales, Surrey and Herefordshire.
What if the weather is horrible?
The tents are totally waterproof and incredibly hardy. You’ll be dry! We are also used to setting up and taking down in all weather condition!
Can my guests choose how many beds they need?
When your friends and family book via the guest booking portal they can build their own personalised booking. They book the number of beds they require in the tents. e.g 2 singles or 1 double, or 1 double & 2 singles, or 3 singles etc. If you are making the booking as a group booking simply let us know number of tents and bedding arrangements.
Are all tents fully furnished or do you offer a naked version?
Both are available either as a group booking or through the portal. When your friends and family click through they can book a fully furnished Bell tent or a Naked tent. Naked tents come with welcome mats and zipped in ground sheets.
Do you offer any other tents?
Absolutely. Currently we offer a Getting Ready Tent and a Chill out tent.
Do I have to use a portal? I just want to book tents.
No you don’t need to use a portal. If you know how many tents you need we can simply make a group booking with yourself.
Can I book some tents for ourselves AND use a portal?
Absoultely. This happens all the time. For example you might want a Furnished tent or a getting ready tent or simply book a tent for some close family. We can book you in for those elements and then open up bookings to your guests via our guest booking portal.
How does payment work?
You can pay as the host for a set of tents, or let guests book & pay individually via our guest booking portal. Either way there’s a minimum of 5 tents overall.
